The Lap training plans are built entirely around you. Every session—whether it’s intervals, endurance work, or time-based training—is structured to guide you toward your chosen event. Once you get in touch, we’ll ask you to complete a set of detailed questionnaires so we can understand your running background, current fitness, goals, available terrain, target times, and the time you have available to train.
Your plan will be delivered through Training Peaks. If you don’t already have an account, we’ll set up a free one for you.
Using the information you provide, we’ll create a fully personalised programme. The more detail you share, the more precisely we can shape your plan.
